Indemnification

You acknowledge that the unauthorized use of the Content could cause irreparable harm to Peton and that in the event of an unauthorized use, Peton shall be entitled to an injunction in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Peton regarding your use of the Site.
